原PO大概都六點多~七點之間下班,
開始上班之後都不曉得要怎麼安排運動時間,
假如下班後想去慢跑或健身房動動,
大家建議是先去運動再吃飯,還是反過來?
但通常吃完飯都要消化一段時間,有時候就不想去了,冏,
不曉得大家都怎麼安排的?
