我不知道發在這適合不適合...
如題
大致形容一下 我高中時是田徑隊的
大學有在打網球 身材一直都是163/50~52 左右
夏天會瘦一點 到49吧
大學入學時體脂肪量出來是22還23 還算正常
但我好像從大四開始為了研究所就沒再運動了
我研究所入學測出來體重48
重點是我體脂肪只有13!!!
這有可能嗎??0.0
我也沒在運動肌肉都變肥肉了 怎麼體脂肪反而減少了..
還有我上研究所一開始適應不良壓力大一度輕到46公斤
現在想增重
我都一天四餐了(消夜是因為天氣冷嘛 就很容易餓=3=)
但我體重一直沒增加 現在47吧 而且我越吃越多 學長都被我嚇到了
一直覺得好餓 我是不是怪怪的阿QAO
該看醫生了?
