減重+減脂 - 健身

體脂率:37
三餐內容
早餐: 原味蛋餅+小杯奶茶
午餐: 正常吃,便當或是麵
晚餐: 吃少量,有時候不怎餓就只吃青菜(滷的)
日常作息時間:早上有課或是有打工的話8點多就會起床
晚上都大概12~1點左右睡
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
一周三次左右打羽球(學校代表隊的羽球訓練)
我的問題:
大一的時候,身高166體重53~54
可是進入代表隊半年就胖了5KG,那時候沒量體脂不知道多少
因平常上課到5點,代表隊6:30開始訓練
如果我五點下課買個東西吃的話,訓練過程會想吐非常難受
所以就變成練完球約晚上十點左右才進食,食物通常都是魯味OR炸物 (那時沒東西吃了)
大二大三
跟男朋友常常吃消夜
就胖到了64KG,男友也胖了20KG
不過他現在去當兵快退伍了,那20KG都瘦回來了
現在大四快要進入職場了
想說開始減重給人好印象,於是買了體重計+可量體脂的
一站上去才發現自己體脂超高...37
可是我全身感覺都超結實的(我媽、同學摸都這麼說)
沒想到卻是體脂那麼多
想問問大家
我該怎麼吃+運動比較好呢
由於腸胃問題+訓練時間問題
噢~還有因為住學校不住家裡
外面的食物都好油膩+沒法自己下廚,常常不知道怎麼取決吃的東西
目標是希望在六月時瘦到55KG
