本身沒有重訓器材
只有啞鈴和擴胸器
平常都是伏地挺身和仰臥起坐較多
最近加了交互蹲跳和蛙跳
請問交互蹲跳和蛙跳適合當作練下半身的運動嗎?
會不會很傷膝蓋之類的?

另外有無推薦的訓練方式
因為在家裡沒辦法跑步
