我目前接觸重訓快四個月 體重72kg
三項成績是臥推70kg/硬舉100kg/深蹲70kg
朋友說我腿太弱上下差太多會受傷
要我上半身先維持就好專注在練下盤
雖然我每次腿日都很認真,但因為剛接觸時腿就比其他部位弱很多,所以一直追不上
板上巨巨遇到這種狀況會先停練上半身嗎
