因為我有駝背的現象所以我想做下背的訓練,
所以我昨天就利用羅馬椅來做伏力挺背的運動
也有人叫山羊向上
但是今天起床後我發現我的下背去壓它會痛 彎腰也會痛
請問各位我該
1.今天繼續做伏力挺背
2.先不要做任何運動直到背痛不會痛
3.其他 .....
請各位給我這個新手一點建議吧謝謝
