第一次在這版發文,有什麼不對的地方請多多指教
小弟之前有在網路上看過一段影片

就是六分鐘那個.相信板上很多人都看過吧
問題來了,我個人大概2~3天做一次這段流程,一次40下
運動完後有喝低脂鮮奶,現在問題是上面四塊腹肌已經蠻清楚了
但是最下面兩塊感覺都出不來,到底是出了什麼問題呢 ?
是訓練不夠密集還是???
順便問一下...如果刻意想把最下面兩塊練好
哪些動作是比較適合的呢.....希望懂的人能夠幫我解惑..感激不盡
