大家好
小弟之前靠著每天跑wg重訓一小時加上跑步機跑5km
成功的減了不少體重
不過離目標還有一段距離
其實小弟本身沒有很愛做有氧
會去跑步也只是因為wg跑步機很多 順便就跑一下而已
所以想問 如果把有氧都拿掉
只純做重訓 飲食跟之前一樣
減脂效果會差很多嗎
