最近在跳鄭多燕第三片...
我知道這片對很人來說強度不高
但因為我平常沒在運動
所以大概到二十四、五分時我就不行了...
但為了三三三原則
我應該要撐完三十分鐘還是停止運動?
我知道只剩沒幾分鐘影片就結束了
但是繼續做的話,姿勢變得很不標準
又,停止的話就不符合三三三原則了...
版友有什麼經驗或建議可分享嗎?
