最近在減肥,看了網路上蠻多資料和文章建議說
減肥最好的方式是控制飲食和搭配運動是比較健康的
但自己嘗試過控制飲食,包括減少食用量、搭配水煮餐或是勁量不吃精緻澱粉
但發覺很容餓而且水煮餐真的幾乎沒什麼味道真的不是太好吃
想問各位,如果我正常吃想吃的但避免油炸和飲料
並搭配每天去操場慢跑半小時這樣的方式是可以的嗎會有效果嗎
