我不是要跟你們討論敲膽經或是瘦手臂拉
我真的想要找人討論
原po昨天摔車了
現在雙腳膝蓋都帶傷 沒傷到骨頭
不過久站 久坐 走路 都會痛
醫生說應該是肌肉XXXX(沒注意聽)
反正就是要休息兩個禮拜
但手部卻一點事也沒有
但原po已經養成定期運動的習慣
大概是一個禮拜打四~五天排球 一天游泳 一天重訓
今天全身都在癢
無奈腳就是無法運動阿
而且也怕一直臥病在床會越來越胖
請問有沒有什麼運動
"盡量不要動到腳"
又可以運動到?
