最近有一個問題,
常常看到網路上有人會說不吃澱粉會酮酸中毒,
雖然說那是本身身體有一些狀況才會發生,
一般人有酮症也是不會有太大的影響,
只是身體轉化能量的方式改變。
不過今天想問的是指,純粹不吃"澱粉"
假設一個人平常不喜歡吃飯或是麵食
攝取高蛋白與適量的油脂,但是會攝取一些蔬果
這樣算起來,
雖然沒有攝取澱粉,但是也是有醣類的攝取
這樣應該身體不會造成酮症吧?
會這麼問是因為住在外面都是自己煮,
也沒時間在那邊煮飯煮麵,
都是一盤肉或一條魚煮了配一大碗蔬菜吃
最後再加1~2份水果,一餐就結束,也很飽。
這樣下來身體沒有特別攝取到澱粉,
會有甚麼影響嗎?
一方面也是想說少攝取一些醣類
血糖比較不會太高
脂肪也比較不會容易堆積,
當然前提是,熱量沒有超過太多,大魚大肉的
只是油脂沒有特別少油,就是正常攝取
這樣的飲食會對身體有不良的影響嗎?
