今天剛驗完,不吐不快!
照牙醫說法,空腹血糖大於90有阻抗,「斷,不要吃」,這樣才能降低胰島素濃度,靠,
空腹都只有3.7,快歸零了還降什麼?
而且看後續數據,最高點血糖107,胰島素最高43.2,所數據完全符合史考特醫生說的正
常人無胰島素阻抗類型,那斷是為斷而斷嗎?
我不反對斷食,我自己也常常8/16,但我不減少進食量,只縮短進食時間,而且我也不生
酮只低醣,不運動,只散步~
總結,斷食很好,但請不要靠直覺或靠血糖值來判斷胰島素濃度阻抗好嗎,謝謝,那會讓
