有可能,我想到的就是馬拉松選手,尤其是注意到他們的手臂肌肉。但他們並非"刻意"讓
上半身肌肉流失,也許肌肉從未流失,只是缺乏上半身訓練而已。
有沒有"刻意"流失肌肉的例子?
事實上,有的。 Ben Greenfield 三鐵訓練課表(Tri-Ripped)的作者,他"刻意"的從95kg的健美選手減重到80kg的三鐵選手(減去15公斤的肌肉)。這是他減肌前95公斤的照片,看起來有點太強壯(?)

他是怎麼流失肌肉的?
他的訓練課表只有一件事: 長距離有氧
星期一: 跑一小時(5km)
星期二: 游泳或騎腳踏車
星期三: 同周一
星期四: 同週二
星期五: 休息
星期六: 同周一
星期日: 同週二
並且要在空腹期間運動,或是長時間斷食後運動。另外,千萬不能重訓,以免維持肌肉。
可以流失腿部肌肉嗎?
Rusty Moore 健身專欄的作家,曾減去10公斤的肌肉。
他只建議一項大原則: 不要讓肌肉充血
所以,甚麼會讓肌肉充血?
1) 力竭
2) 每組高次數
3) 很短的間隔休息
所以,我們做相反的事情,來避免肌肉充血
1) 重訓不力竭
2) 每組只做3-5下
3) 休息2-3分鐘
另外,盡可能用跑步機慢跑,用最輕鬆的步調跑45到60分鐘
如何流失手臂的肌肉?
Brad Pilon 斷食的提倡人,因為人們不停問他"如果三小時內不吃東西,會不會掉肌肉"之類的蠢問題,Brad現在是相關知識的專家。
Brad說: "想知道怎麼樣掉肌肉最快嗎? 打斷手然後上石膏。兩個月不用,肌肉掉最快"
只有一個原則,少去用手臂肌肉。有點和流失腿部肌肉相同,別讓肌肉充血。
如果只靠飲食,可以流失肌肉嗎?
JC Deen 訓練課表LGN365的作者,他提到大學時期最失敗的減肥
JC說: "我節食16周,結果變成我肌肉量最少的時期,我做太多有氧、過多的重訓訓練量
蛋白質攝取量不足、等等,我有提我跑太多了嗎?"
跟剛才差不多的結論,過量的馬拉松式的有氧,會導致肌肉流失。但他也提了攝取不足的
熱量,以及不足的蛋白質。
所以,重點是?
想要減肌,你可以
1) 大量馬拉松式的有氧
2) 避免肌肉充血
3) 運動前不吃
4) 不使用肌肉
5) 熱量攝取不足
6) 蛋白質攝取不足
減肌愉快(?)

這些人即使"刻意"讓肌肉流失,還是比我強壯太多了
