不小心多吃或少吃的時候要怎莫辦 - 減肥

最近開始減肥,我也看過板上的文章,知道最好是三餐定時定量比較好
會做飲食跟運動記錄
我的問題是,雖然盡量都固定飲食,可是人生難免有意外
比如說剛好吃到大餐,或者可怕的炸雞腿便當,才中午就把一天的熱量吃光了等等
或者偶爾週末睡過頭,少掉一餐變成早午餐這樣
我的疑問是,雖然盡量避免發生,要是發生了到底要怎麼辦呢?
多吃的那天,晚餐要減量嗎?或者隔天少吃一點?
或者剛好吃太少連基代都不夠的那天,是要晚上補回來到吃夠基代呢?
還是就按照原本的安排,把平常晚餐的量吃到就好了??

現在吃東西都很緊張,怕會吃錯了。還要上網查一下是不是適合的食物才敢吃
