如題,想來請問大家看看
之前我靠間歇+重訓+吃降體脂的保健食品
大概5個多月一路瘦了差不多11公斤
體脂也有降下來 現在大概22-23
但後來這2個月想說試試看不吃保健食品
結果一停掉覺得有差耶
體重跟體脂降得好慢
很停滯的感覺
我就有點拿不定主意
想請問看看大家
如果你們是我
會怎麼選擇
1保健食品恢復吃
2從飲食下手再吃乾淨一點
3 增加運動頻率
4 增加運動強度
5 先不急著調整
