小弟上著可怕的班表
第一天08-16 這時段吃三餐加健身沒問題
第二天04-08 吃早餐加健身 20-06這時段不知道該吃到兩餐或三餐?而且休十小時不知道該不該健身?
第三天16-04 通常吃晚餐與宵夜兩餐,休八小放棄運動
第四天12-22 午餐晚餐兩餐,休八小放棄運動
第五天06-18 吃三餐下班健身
假日當然是三餐健身沒問題
想問大家遇到這種班表會怎麼選擇一天幾餐?是否要運動?
