性別:女
年齡:21
身高:164.5
體重:64.8
BMI: 23.9
體脂率:31.6 學校機器量出來的。
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:1.起司蛋餅+大約400ml紅茶
2.起司蛋吐司+大概400ml紅茶
午餐:1.自助餐 小碗飯 + 2~3樣青菜 + 皮蛋豆腐or番茄炒蛋
2.青醬(or奶油)義大利麵 + 大約400ml紅茶
3.雞蛋糕 + 綠豆沙牛奶
4.泡菜 + 一碗白飯 + 味增湯
5.蕎麥涼麵 + 糖心蛋
晚餐:1.自助餐 小碗飯 + 2~3樣青菜 + 皮蛋豆腐 or番茄炒蛋
2.關東煮 兩樣青菜 + 豆皮 + 雞絲麵 +金針菇
3.青醬(or奶油)義大利麵 + 大約400ml紅茶
4.味增拉麵
5.雞蛋糕 + 水果
6.蕎麥涼麵+糖心蛋
最常吃的組合大概是這樣
其他:不太喜歡喝水,通常是喝茶包泡出來的紅茶,
每天喝水量大概700ml~2000ml
正餐之外, 一周至少會吃三次水果
日常作息時間:每天大約1點多~2點上床睡覺,七點多到八點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:一周慢跑+快走(快走為主)4次,每次一小時,心跳數大約130左右
不能慢跑時候,則是騎腳踏車一小時,心跳數約120
我的問題:
想要瘦回以前高中時身材(體重52) 而且覺得自己體脂肪太高。
本身吃蛋奶素。
目前的運動量是否太少?有考慮再加入重訓跟游泳。目前會以快走為主
是因為跑不到一圈(400m)就會開始喘及胸口會發痛,想說先以快走為主
再慢慢循序到慢跑。
