給下定決心減重又不想要停止美食的朋友分享一下吃貨的減重路程:
小弟是個很愛到處吃的極品吃貨,大學時期吃遍校園4條街、各路美食,同時體重也直線
上升。
雖然為了吃美食有騎著單車前往目的地的路上消耗卡路里,但同時也吃的比消耗的多。
畢業回家後,某一天載家人出門被嫌棄已經胖到肚子抱不起來,把我給雷的東倒西歪 !!
身為一個吃貨,區區胖一點有什麼,反正沒女友(泣),不過在想過之後,似乎...運動過
的身體能夠吃的更多、更多的體力到更遠的地方吃。
所以...就開始運動了(為了!!!!吃!!!)

2018/11,去了健身房開始了自主訓練之旅。

姿勢亂學:兩天胸、兩天手、兩天背、兩天腳

剛好有去Costco看到了乳清蛋白,跟風就買了一罐。

練腳日:酒杯深蹲、啞鈴分腿蹲

雖說不控制飲食,但是並不是說天天鹽酥雞、全糖手搖飲這種就可以,
而是不去特意控制吃的量、計算卡路里,而是平常怎麼吃就怎麼吃,放開的享受。
平常大概就這樣吃,因為吃飯都跟家人,所以除了自己動手下廚以外,不可能會餓到。
話說我超愛吃21世紀烤全雞(一人直接吃一整隻),也常常出門吃美食XDD。
