這陣子運動頻繁、膝蓋痛感愈來愈明顯
今天去看骨科被告知說天生膝蓋骨外翻、施力不均造成軟骨發炎
這陣子要做重訓練股四頭肌,若不能改善可能要靠手術
我這幾個月做的運動是室內健身車、網球、壁球、爬山、重訓 (輪流)
醫生說健身車還是可以騎,但是不能太激烈、阻力要調低,這樣似乎更難讓心跳上升?
其他運動只能游泳和散步
我對游泳池那種水過敏很嚴重,一下去沒多久就鼻涕狂流,實在不是很想折磨自己
想請問還有其他有氧運動適合我目前的情況嗎?
