都晚上吃完飯去健身房 - 健身

我五~六點下班 通常吃完飯 七點去健身房報到
大概運動一小時 半小時跑步機 剩下時間作重訓
每次做完重訓 都覺得身體很酸很很緊
收操好像也沒什麼用
另外就是 我回到家大概九點 12~1點睡
因為做完運動會很累
但又不知道要吃什麼比較適合補充運動流失的能量
而且我聽說 晚上8:00以後就不能吃東西 會比較容易變成脂肪
所以這陣子就很苦擾.....
有時候餓到受不了 就只能吃個麥片止餓
如果都不吃 很怕能量都從肌肉消耗掉了 那練了半天就白花工夫了
能不能請高手 推薦我消夜的菜單要吃些什麼???
如果都不吃 大概到了11~12點 身體會很難受...
還是說ㄍㄧㄥ過去就行了??
但我很怕都不吃 我練的那一個小時的能量 變成從我肌肉去消耗
會這樣嗎??????
