先跟大家說聲抱歉,標題好像有點蠢 ^^"
約一年前買了X-BIKE ,大概維持一星期勤勞點就騎個五天;偷懶點就三天
每次40分鐘以上的習慣,以減肥來說這樣的強度是絕對不夠的~
也很想跟大家一樣跳鄭多燕,可是電腦沒有光碟機@@(很舊了這樣)
所以就買了家附近泳池的游泳券,but....世事總難盡如己意....
我沒辦法換氣游完全程,不知道為什麼我只要一換氣就會沉下去,
動作和換氣沒辦法結合,所以游一游沒氣了又要馬上起來醬子,
想請問各位,雖然沒辦法像隻靈活的蛙蛙游完全程,但我每次去都有到一小時以上
這樣運動量會足夠嗎???謝謝大家~
