昨天買了體脂計~~

體重:75.3kg 身高:173cm
BMI:25.2 體脂率:17.8%
基代:1727
內臟:9 骨骼筋率:35.5%
皮下脂肪:13.0
BMI自己覺得太高了~~
目前最大夢想就是破百~~~身高 - 體重 > 100 !!!
to 前面半年想減20kg的人~~我半年減了27kg(除了運動還是運動)
有氧+重訓~
我連感冒都安慰自己去跑跑步~流流汗會好的快一點~
半年前我幾乎每天~白天解WOW每日~~晚上刷25ICC呢
比你還懶的動!
