想請問"重訓"是怎樣做到的?
"LondonTipton (蘭小姐)"大人的重訓實際上是怎樣做到的呢?
一個禮拜幾次?去健身房?一次幾分鐘?做哪些器材?一定要器材/健身房嗎?
要怎樣才能達到效果
文中有提到全方面不偏廢的重訓
那這樣是不是一定要請教練,要付昂貴的教練費才能"全方面不偏廢"的重訓呢
