講到這個
想到去年的打賭埋線文
早就有結果了,跟大家分享分享。
後來我的朋友跟我都已經運動習慣養成了
偶而大吃大喝也一點都不影響體脂跟體重
前陣子我們約了埋線的朋友去吃饗食天堂
「蛤?buffet吃到飽喔?你們很過份不也是在減肥嗎?」
「不然我們去吃和民?還是去吃日本料理?」
「蛤有澱粉耶!不要啦!隨便吃個咖哩飯就好了」
我們見面了
他好驚訝我們看起來又結實又壯,尤其是我的朋友從85-74公斤
直說應該減了20公斤吧?其實除了初期的有氧跟作息調適較為痛苦
(約三個月的適應期),到了76公斤以後就開始狂掉體脂
現在也只剩14% (原32%、85KG)
但埋線的朋友呢
吃個咖哩飯也要只吃一半、臉色蒼白 (大熱天穿長袖因為他說很冷...)
然後說我們怎麼可能可以大吃大喝不胖?
叫他跟著我們去運動,回了我們哎呀好麻煩
是啊,半年來減了十幾公斤很有成就感吧?
但除了這個之外又擁有甚麼?甚麼都沒有!
老話一句
其實如果想要單純節食減肥的朋友
很多建議的確可以略過
但如果要運動減肥,請務必一定要多吃
(我們現在還嫌吃不夠、燃脂燃不好長肉長不出)
埋線埋了快十萬元埋出蒼白的臉色跟這個不吃那個不吃
說實在真的是錢太多沒處花。
