三餐內容
早餐(以下擇一):
1、饅頭加蛋 + 無糖豆漿
2、飯糰加蛋不加油條 + 無糖豆漿
3、韭菜盒 + 無糖豆漿
4、全麥蔬菜鮪魚(或火腿)蛋三明治(不抹沙拉) + 薏仁漿
5、漢堡加蛋(不抹沙拉) + 薏仁漿
6、皮蛋瘦肉粥
午餐(以下擇一,飯前30分鐘吃2顆甲殼素):
1、池上滷雞腿便當,雞腿去皮
2、八方雲集田園蔬菜水餃10顆 + 酸辣湯
3、蕃茄肉醬義大利麵 + 一片蒜味法國麵包 + 無糖薄荷茶
4、橄欖鮮蔬義大利麵 + 一片蒜味法國麵包 + 無糖薄荷茶
5、鍋燒意麵不喝湯
6、麥當勞板烤雞腿堡不加醬 + 生菜沙拉不加醬 +zero
7、越南雞肉河粉 + 生春捲
8、石鍋拌飯不加辣醬
9、自助餐,香腸一根 + 三份青菜
晚餐(以下擇一,飯前30分鐘吃2顆甲殼素):
1、自煮的麥片粥一碗公,內容有高麗菜、洋蔥、三色蔬菜、芹菜、皮蛋、素羊肉、燕麥
通常煮一鍋可以吃5餐
2、叉燒潤餅不加糖和花生粉 + 桂格燕麥飲
3、滷味,內含2把青菜 + 一根糯米腸 + 一張生腐皮 + 一塊鴨血 + 4根鑫鑫腸
4、Subway 6吋雞肉堡不加醬和起士片 + 蕃茄羅宋湯
5、越南雞肉河粉
6、上海涼拌手撕雞
(這個菜可能較少見,大概說明一下,內含雞肉絲、筍片、洋蔥絲、
灑上芝麻、花生米、花生粉、香菜等香料,最後淋上檸檬汁、香油、淡醬油、胡椒粉,
除了以上基本配料外,我會再加購高麗菜心、西洋芹、花椰菜一起拌)
其他:
1、很愛吃北平烤鴨,每個月會吃一次,一次半隻,鴨片去皮,鴨骨不炒、甜麵醬不沾
2、愛吃堅果類零食,之前還會拿一斤(600g)的蒸花生或一包蠶豆(300g)直接當一餐吃
現在忌口了,一個月只敢吃一次,份量也控制在200g以下
3、不愛含糖飲料卻愛QQ的口感,以前大概每個禮拜會買一杯無糖珍珠綠茶,
現在盡量克制不喝冷飲,忍不住嘴饞時就買無糖寒天綠茶,一個月大概2杯
4、媽媽的愛心給了我很多保養品,每天會吃綜合維他命*1、B群*1、魚油*1
葉黃素*2、葡萄子*2
5、由於生理期混亂,目前有吃中藥在調整荷爾蒙,改善內分泌失調問題,已吃1個月
6、正在進行埋線減肥,據說可破壞脂肪壁,加強脂肪代謝速度,已進行2個月
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上8:30起床,10:00上班,10:10吃完早餐,下午1:30吃午餐,晚上8~9點下班
回家太晚常常會9~10點才能吃晚餐,凌晨2點以前睡
生活型態:常常要加班的可憐上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
目前還沒有養成運動習慣,之前曾試過游泳、快走等運動,也曾買wii fit回來
但都無法持久,前陣子去訂了一台x-bike回來,希望可以養成運動習慣
現在主要運動就是爬樓梯,每天大概爬個300階左右
不是一次爬,而是上下樓不坐電梯改走樓梯,每次大概爬100階
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
從小到大就是個胖子,幸運的是周遭親友都是好人,不曾因胖受過什麼歧視
之前也曾試過晚餐不吃來減肥,卻發現我只要一餐不吃,就會全身無力外加心悸發抖
也曾試過不吃澱粉,卻發現要完全避開澱粉太困難了,
而且不論蔬菜吃再多,只要沒吃澱粉就很容易餓,一餓我就會心情很不好
最後就放棄減肥了,情願繼續當個快樂的胖子
去年底做健康檢查,那血壓結果讓我倒抽口氣,
原本血壓大概在128/88範圍,雖然偏高但仍未超出正常值
但上一次量卻赫然發現變成150/95,已經嚴重破表了
醫生說我現在還不必吃降血壓藥,但要減肥,否則再下去真有可能變高血壓
不想年紀輕輕就變成三高一族,我開始下定決心要認真來照顧身體
但之前減肥經驗實在太糟糕了,我一直在找該怎樣才能吃得飽又能瘦下來的減肥法
後來發現這個版,才發現自己之前很多觀念都是錯誤的
認真拜讀後,我從2個月前開始調整自己的飲食,學著讓自己吃的健康些
再搭配中醫調養和埋線減肥
兩個月下來體重從93變90,腰圍少了3.5公分,體脂率從46降到40.5,血壓變成121/78
但我現在還沒養成運動習慣,等x-bike入手後要開始強迫自己每天騎一個小時
能邊看電視邊騎車應該可以讓我比較有動力持續運動下去
我的目標是希望在半年內減掉20公斤,一年減下40公斤
希望可以達到理想的50公斤體重
現在想請問的問題是:
1、目前的飲食是否還有需要改進調整的地方?
2、若想達成半年20公斤,一個月約3~4公斤的目標,我的攝取熱量和運動該怎樣搭配?
