睡眠0200-1200 沒有工作
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
病人 待業者 曾經是馬拉松運動員
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
走操場兩公里 大約二十五分鐘 心跳一百以內

我的腳因為不明原因無法跑步 看醫生都無效
只能慢慢走 無法跑步 請問像我這樣沒辦法跑步的人
要怎樣靠運動減肥
我曾經是馬拉松選手 全馬最好兩小時五十七分 體重65kg
但現在動彈不得
以前是每天都跑十公里以上 速度一公里四分半 這是之前的運動習慣
