不餓不吃 餓了才吃 - 減肥

昨天在版上po了文 是詢問我的菜單是否適宜幫助減肥
許多版友都有說了幾點需要改進的地方(雖然有些互相矛盾= = )
我今天也把我的困擾疑惑和朋友討論
他們是認為我吃的東西沒什麼大問題 而我卻還未瘦下的原因是:
我太強調吃準時三餐了!
因為如果我早餐9點吃 到中午12點我還是會乖乖跑去餐廳 即使不餓
而晚餐我都為了能在運動完1小時內吃飯 所以也都很準時的吃晚餐 即使跑完當下不餓
相較之下 我的瘦子朋友們 他們都是吃早午餐 例如9點吃了早餐
下一餐會等到真正餓了才吃(約4~5點) 然後晚上也是感覺的餓了才吃一點小東西
有時甚至他們如果覺得不餓 就不吃了
雖然在我耳裡聽起來很誇張
但他們其實也沒再減肥 依然也是那種能吃完完整便當的人(非仙女餐)

所以...我到底該怎麼做才好呢? 請版娘大人及版友們快來救救我!!!
