不能運動了怎麼辦? - 健身

雙北升三級,
運動中心、游泳池、健身房全關了,
也不能外出跑步(除非全程戴口罩),
在家懶了兩天,覺得不太妙。
以前是天天運動人,
戒斷的不舒服感很快就出來了。
接下來至少還有12天,
(祈禱也就12天!)
雙北的大家有打算怎麼做嗎?
還是板友有什麼好建議?
目前想到的是Tabata, 瑜伽之類的,
可是好像很難彌補有氧運動完全停止的焦躁感。
