不運動的人? - 健身

這是我困惑已久的問題,
觀察了這個版一段時間,大家都很熱愛運動的樣子
也一直倡導運動,還有配合基代
但是,不運動如何呢?
有看到一篇是說壞處很多(舉不完),
而一般家庭,其實沒在做運動的人很多,也看似正常...恩...
尤其是老一輩的
*我正常明白不運動的壞除很多,但總覺板上的物理概念似乎都很好,所以好奇一下
很好奇
以前的人應該也沒什麼運動的概念吧
因為看我媽媽完全就沒運動,她的身材就正常一般
*不健康是因為抽菸喝酒 = ="
肥瘦就看她那陣子動的多還是吃得多,
她也不是一般正常婦女-->喜歡可樂冰水,不喜歡吃飯...極不養身 = ="
而她的運動量大概就是家事或其他吧(買菜?...Orz)
但是不達"運動"標準,所謂心跳率之類的
大家都在說肌肉的流失,
那如果像她這樣,一直維持正常體重,沒有特別運動
只有家事或者勞動..(大掃除或者裝修打掃才會耗費多一點體能吧)
她這樣長期下去會有甚麼問題嗎?
因為她的不健康來自很多面向...= ="
那如果一般正常人呢?
例如一個文員好了,每天上下班之餘,最大的運動量是家事,(無不良嗜好)
但這樣算運動嗎?
那她不做其他事情,也會造成肌肉正常流失
但因為正常的吸收和消耗,所以她就也死不了...是這樣吧..~"~
另外如果他是一名勞工(例如建地工人),每天都會大量勞動
但這樣也不算運動嗎?
而如果他也沒特別運動...但似乎他消耗的熱量又很多了...
有些還有肌肉不是特別去練的吧?
是剛好搬磚頭用到手臂...? ~"~
有聽說工作不能視為運動,但如果像工人這種大量勞動的...
不能促進健康嗎? 一定要做到心跳130的運動?
問的有點雜的樣子
疑問是如果都不做劇烈運動
但就是正常的工作生活,飲食清淡
這樣還會造成健康上的問題?
我之前是想到有些人在打坐修身養性那種 (有點難想像他們去跑步...)
他們...應該沒在做甚麼運動吧?
