關於這個....
我記得以前看過一節目說一天的三餐中...
早餐是要吃得最豐盛,反而晚餐是要吃最少....
原因是早餐吃多點,會有充足的熱量應付一整天的活動...
晚餐吃最少原因是入夜後人都不太會活動,加上數小時後要睡覺了,不宜吃太多....
不過我們現實生活似乎是相反的說,早餐吃很少,晚餐吃的超豐富..
大家覺得節目內說的是對嗎??還是我們現實生活是對的??
