想瘦到標準體重 - 健身

BMI:23.7(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:18.4(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
保健室裡用拿在手上的機器量的...穿著襪子跟拖鞋不知道有沒有影響
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:3杯美錄粉泡熱牛奶,一杯熱牛奶,一碗白飯,三片魚,一盤高麗菜絲,一些玉米,
午餐:一片吐司夾高麗菜絲跟玉米
晚餐:小番茄15顆左右
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
8點起床 8點半吃到九點 早餐
1點吃午餐
6點吃晚餐
晚上11點睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生...平時就坐在實驗室或是去上課
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
例1:慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右
例2:騎腳踏車一小時,心跳數約130~150左右
打籃球45分鐘左右 心跳約140左右...中午12~1點
慢跑50分鐘左右 心跳約125左右...晚上8點到9點
以上每天擇一項作
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
爬文過說每天應該吃到基礎代謝率..然後再運動比較好
還有早餐皇帝午餐平民晚餐窮人的吃法
雖然我沒有計算得很精準...不過每天照著這些規則在走...
我的標準體重是63公斤...希望可以在一個月內瘦到這個體重
希望可以聽取板上各位的意見...
因為最近覺得照著這個食譜走有越來越難瘦的趨勢了...謝謝大家
另外...因為雖然已經離標準體重不遠了...肚子還是一圈肥肉...
我每天會跟著youtube的一個7分鐘收腹操作...
之前聽別人說如果要瘦肚子的話晚餐最好吃水果...不要碰澱粉
又聽別人說吃點澱粉要不然晚上沒有東西燒...
還有要吃澱粉才可以分解脂肪...
不過我已經早中餐都吃澱粉了...想請問大家的意見...謝謝
