想聊一下所謂的停滯期,自己如何定義? - 減肥

說起來我目前應該是沒有什麼機會遇到所謂的停滯期,畢竟我太胖了,減的空間還滿大的
不過因為曾經中斷過的關係,結果就產生了對照組。
前面有半年的減肥時間,一個月所減的體重大約是2公斤,甚至不到2公斤。因此平均下
來,一周下降的體重是500克。當然,通常不會這麼完美,像我隨便指定去年9月11日與
兩周後的9月25日,體重都是105.4公斤。中間也有往上增加(因為有亂吃東西)與往下
(平常畢竟有在運動)
整體來說,就是體重有微幅的增加或減少,但其實很不明顯。若是正常飲食且有運動
下降幅度很少,不過一旦大吃大喝或是亂吃零食,就會上升頗快。所以就算抓到兩周
的時間,可能這樣加加減減就等於沒有減到體重。
不過後來在中斷三個月後(其間也有想振作啦,但失敗了,還差點陷更深XD),一直
到這個月9日才算成功振作起來。不過這次體重掉很快,單純以最高與最低數值相減
的話,15天就減到4公斤(真要分析不會這樣單純算啦,為簡化描述以及較好理解)。
當然,由於我沒有什麼控制飲食,體重也是上上下下的,但這次往上是大幅增加沒錯
但下降也頗快。在這段時間內,其中有四天的飲食是完全失去控制,吃得很多。但對
比前半年我隨便找的兩周,體重下降的速度實在差太多了。(當然運動內容是有些差
異,最明顯的,就是之前是用跑步機,這次用跑操場)
想請問減肥的朋友,你們是怎麼定義停滯期的(當然,是體重與標準差比較多的時候
,如果體重與標準體重差不多,甚或是更低,那應該不能算是停滯期吧)。是體重真
的連動都不動嗎?還是說上上下下的,只是說微幅這樣?然後要過多久你就會判定說
這是停滯期?(當然知道每個人不同,所以才想說以親身經驗來看,可能會有比較多
的了解。)
