A) 白飯一碗 + 烤魚一片(鮭魚/秋刀) + 醬菜一碟 + 味噌湯一碗
B) 培根兩片 + 德國香腸一條 + 太陽蛋一個 + 生菜沙拉一碗 + 牛奶
C) 鍋貼五個 + 蘿蔔糕一份 + 豆漿一杯
午餐:通常三選一
煎魚排便當
鹽烤牛肉便當 (300g)
生魚片便當 (6片)
晚餐:通常三選一
御飯糰一個 + 豆漿一瓶 ( 隨7-11組合變化 )
烤魚一片(鮭魚/秋刀) + 清酒
蒸魚一片 + 酒
其他:最近深覺有變胖的趨勢 , 一量體重果然媽媽樂快樂得不得了
於是跑去搬了壹台 x-bike 19807 回家
然後上FITNESS爬完精華區 , 又去買了壹雙新的室內運動鞋
然後把版上有關 X-BIKE 的文章稍微看了一下 , 也翻到精華中那篇型男大脂除
卻還是對 X-BIKE 與瘦身結合性沒什麼概念 , 所以發這篇菜單文懇請版友過目
看是要先從飲食下手還是什麼的 , 以及有沒有適合我的X-BIKE使用法 ( 爬文發現
大家的使用法都不盡相同 囧 , 有1HR , 32~33KM/HR的 , 也有40+的 )
還請各位不咎賜教
