每天跳繩2000下 會瘦嗎 - 健身

我一開始是每天跳700
一直到現在是每晚2000下
跳完就去洗澡
一個多月下來感覺體重變化不大
晚上只要過8點就不吃東西
肚子餓就喝水
但是我作息不太正常
大多都3.4點才睡
有上課就9.10起床
沒上課就中午才起床
瘦不下來是因為作息不正常嗎???
我的食量也不大阿 就一般
