年初因為身體整個左半邊疼痛,接受復健跟中醫治療,好不容易不痛了,這幾天回健身房
運動,重量有輕一點,練了兩天,沒想到又開始痛了起來,痛到沒辦法睡覺,今天來看別
的復健醫生,她說ㄧ可能姿勢不正確,二可能太重,三不適合重訓。只開藥給我吃。我的
問題是,為什麼我左半邊力氣跟右邊差那麼多?不是越弱的越需要訓練?我已經搞不清楚
我到底怎麼了?該怎麼辦?
