呃..
我這樣的標題不知道有沒有下得好@@
我目前的情況是
早上起床空腹去跑步
本來是打算運動完後30分鐘喝杯無糖豆漿
可是跑步下來一點都不會餓............
但是到了午餐時間就滿餓的...
想請問大家
若是我早上起來運動完後30分鐘 喝杯豆漿
會不會比較好
中午太餓怕會不知覺下吃很多東西...><"
