大家有看到杜文澤的新聞嗎?半年瘦身有成,方法如下:
杜汶澤在臉書上透露,自己花了半年時間在健身房,
每天1小時的帶氧運動,每周3~4天的重量訓練,終
於甩掉陳年的脂肪,練出肌肉線條。他提到,
健身「3成要運動舉重,7成還是要靠吃」,
吃得好、吃得巧才能成功。
至於要怎麼吃呢?
杜汶澤說;「每天攝取足夠蛋白質,少量多餐!」他
特別提到,自己過中午以後,就禁吃澱粉類,
且完全戒除過多的油脂和糖份,
呼籲大家千萬不要相信任何秘方,
只能相信自己的決心和紀律。
但是只要一提到晚餐不吃澱粉,大家就會有很大的反彈~
我有朋友在參加瘦身的課程,三個月後也是瘦很多,
他講到一個重點我覺得很重要,「不讓自己肚子餓,禁吃精緻澱粉」
請問大家的意見是?
