中午運動有效嗎? - 健身

因為下班回到家後還有其他事要做
然後也懶得出門
這幾天發現公司附近有健身房
裡面有泳池 又有跑步機
還有一些瑜珈課
這兩天,我都利用中午的時間去運動
大概11點我就先吃午餐了
然後12點到那邊報到…
昨天是游泳1小時
今天是去用跑步機+划步機 40分鐘
想請教一下,中午運動可行嗎?
效果是不是會比晚上差?
因為我覺得這個時間最方便 人又少
所以就利用這段時間
不知道中醫的觀念是不是不好?
希望各位可以指點一下 謝謝
