各位身材火辣及健壯的帥哥美女
我是一位中年大叔,今年34
174cm 76kgs
自己在家量的體脂21
我想請問一下,如果都是在家裡徒手訓練
有辦法練出線條嗎?
因為家中有三位小朋友,時間上面不允許我上健身房
我目前基本上一個禮拜慢跑2-3天
6分速至6分半速。跑十公里
隔天做YouTube 上面的四分tabata
或是兩組 七分鐘健身運動
本身從學生時代就一直有運動的習慣
籃球 棒球 衝浪
只是你懂的當爸之後總是會變形
所以運動頻率減低了
現在想要在讓身體動起來
好看一點
所以不是突然開始運動
請問以上的方法是不是有用
還是需要其他建議
感謝各位。
對了飲食方面就是不會特別去水煮
但是刻意多蔬菜,及白肉
少油少糖
