原po是四肢瘦 肚子大的那種(男生)
固定時間運動已經邁入五個月了 累積跑量大約450公里
身邊的人看到我臉都說有變瘦
可是肚子依然悲劇 雖然滿意現在的運動模式 流汗後的快感
可是每每看自己的肚子 總會讓我意志消沉
我知道跑下去就對了 這個道理
不過已經五個月了 難免會擔心
是不是還要跑好幾年阿??
我在堅持五個月 會突破瓶頸嗎?
