在中醫裡 脾的功能是運化水濕
但是你水分太多他運化不了
因此你的濕氣又會更重 互為因果
所以攝取的水份要稍微減少
並且要把多的水份代謝掉
喝水方面必須減少飲料 尤其是冰冷的
冰冷也會使臟器的機能減弱
而且飲料裡的糖分會讓你更難變瘦
喝溫開水是最理想的
代謝水份就是靠運動流汗
中醫應該也會開給你健脾利濕的藥
沒事自己可以煮四神湯喝
芡實、蓮子、淮山(山藥)、茯苓再加薏仁
都是日常可以健脾利濕的食材
