各位晚上好 扣N霸挖 股衣服擰~
在這版淺水也達了一年多左右,從中也獲益良多(本肥宅從93KG→75KG),當然在吃的方面
小弟也做了許多的調整+板上提到的運動才能有今日的75KG,但當你達到目標後,
你一定會想吃吃看不同的東西,所以小弟想問丼飯是不是也算一個平常能吃的選擇呢?
說到丼飯,大家可能想到豬排丼、炸蝦丼,但今天我想問的是用醬油+肉片+蛋以及一些
蔬菜所煮出來的親子丼跟燒肉丼等料理。 小弟原本想說醬油的熱量可能很高,
但網路一查100公克的醬油熱量是90~100/Kcal(好像還好,挖鼻)。
當然我自己本身抱持著好奇的心態想說來試試看,所以我這兩個禮拜幾乎天
天都吃丼類(不吃炸類的丼),體重也平穩維持在75公斤上下(小弟188)
但我還是有保持運動的習慣(一個禮拜跑4次步以上,每次至少4KM)
不知道大家怎麼看呢!? Fitness首po還請大家手下留情>"<
