我手臂上的肌肉是我堅持半年多扶地挺身+啞鈴+單槓“用力時”才比較明顯,不用力跟本
看不出來。而腹肌更是做了一年還什麼都沒看到(脂肪太多也是原因)。我堅持一年多練
的肌肉,還有可能因為幾個月的怠惰和飲食不正常快速消失。今天如果是一個體脂正常的

1.蛋白質的積極補充(我有陣子三餐都在吃雞胸肉和蛋白粉)
