之前偶然看到一本書,說斷糖飲食的好處……等。也在一些雜誌的網站上看過文章。不過
一直很疑惑,那到底要吃什麼?
我是沒去細讀整本書,但文章也有提到:有些蔬菜或水果因為也都有糖分所以不能吃的樣
子。(米當然也不行)強調可以盡情攝取肉類。
並且一定要完全“斷糖”
那到底要怎麼吃啊@@
很難找到完全沒糖或沒甜的東西吧0.0水果就多少有甜了
(有些也看不出來 即使只用麵糰做的饅頭之類的還是有加吧 而且水果不就不能吃了?)
所以唯一的辦法就是只能自己煮然後完全不加糖嗎OAO
