右下背痛 右腰痛 或兩邊臀中痛
困擾很久了...
現在都要吃合利阿命 痲痹一下神經感覺
不然都會影響工作表現
但吃的效果不大就是了
上網查一下 久坐的人容易
腹部沒力
臀部沒力
脊豎肌無力
這樣要怎樣訓練這些肌肉呢
我平均一天要坐10個小時
