乳房所佔的體脂肪比例? - 健身

最近一直很認真地撿回地上散落一地的健康人蔘XDD
體脂肪有降
雖然一個月約1% 但大家都感覺到我瘦了
哈哈哈~聽起來很爽
可是有個疑問是.......
我看了網路上的體脂肪對照

想問大家
體脂肪會不會跟胸部大小有影響呢
就是...一個罩杯大概佔多少脂肪量
大概啦~台灣網站也找不到

裡面有說
''女性乳房平均重量为1.1磅(约合0.5公斤),占人体总脂肪的4%—5%。''
所以女生實際上不含乳房的話體脂肪會更少一點囉
是這樣嗎??
因為我很怕在減脂下去奶就先變小了
現在已經回到原本尺寸了
我在家帶小孩沒辦法上健身房用專業的方法練胸(大)肌
我也知道會瘦哪裡都是基因
所以蛋白質補充也都不敢少
像是Zuzana Light胸型就超美的

我也知道亞洲人胸型骨架不如西方人啦
可是真的好羨慕渾圓飽滿的胸型>////<
補充一下~前一陣子生病超沒胃口
我只想吃巧克力加花生醬吐司+蔬菜湯
反正一定是吃不到基代
第一個就瘦到奶~~~~還好後來回來了
所以不想減胸的還是好自為之吧~
ㄜ....廢話很多
版上有人體脂降到20可是胸部還有D以上嗎?
或是除了山姆叔叔的練胸大肌防下垂的之外
還有甚麼可以在家(用啞鈴練)的呢?
