【本文乃個人教學經驗,不一定適合每一個人】
有些板友沒有心跳表,無法得知自己的心跳
或使用有氧器材量測,無法確定心跳的準確率
為此提供一些資料給大家參考
以下取樣為【安靜心跳為68~75次/分、年紀20~60歲】的一般民眾,無任何心血管疾病
心跳率 - 生理反應
130 - 1分喘,比平常呼吸再快一點 (沒有運動習慣的是3分喘)
140 - 3分喘,還可以說話 (沒有運動習慣的是5分喘)
150 - 5分喘,已經不太能說話 (沒有運動習慣的是7分喘)
160 - 7分喘,喉嚨有點乾乾的 (沒有運動習慣的通常會在這裡停止運動了)
170 - 9分喘,有些人會有點頭暈 (有經過訓練的不會頭暈,只會喉嚨很乾)
180 - 10分喘,有些人會乾嘔想吐 (有經過訓練的不會想吐,只會稍微咳嗽)
190 - 喘到爆表,通常這時候已經吐出來了 (有經過訓練的不會吐,但也差不多了)
還是建議版友們運動的時候,戴個心跳帶監控自己的運動強度
