乳清 肌肉量 - 健身

我知道乳清是增加肌肉量的~
配合重訓+乳清+上本身體質好吸收的話
就會很快的增加肌肉量!
不過我有一個疑問
假如自己覺得"肌肉量足夠了"
是不是 就不需要重訓完補充乳清蛋白?
還是
一直需要保持乳清蛋白的攝取呢?
麻煩 各位大大們可以幫我解個疑惑 謝謝了..
