最近想多練重訓
朋友都說要吃高蛋白 肌肉才會長的比較明顯
但又有朋友說
高蛋白盡量少吃 因為他超出人體所需要的蛋白量
所以腎臟會負擔過重@@" 不知道是否為真@@?
所以想請問各位大大嚕~
